Lily as pictured is 5’3 height and usually wears an 8x8 topper
This piece comes with loop holes to add a wig strap that can be purchased on Amazon

The bra strap in back makes the wig grip less bulky and it’s fully adjustable for the widest range of sizes (20-23" circumference)
The silk lining near front of mono top can be removed by removing stitching with a seam ripper
