Oddly, though marked as 8' 2 1 2" the rod measures out to be 8' 4 1 2" when fully assembled. Sanded oxblood colored blank with burgundy wraps and red tipping. All of the script and decals remain in excellent condition. The spigot ferrules fit perfectly with a slight gap to allow for wear over time. Witness marks for easy
